It’s been over a year since I closed my Red Hook Store and I am happy to say that she is back!!
I’ve opened a letterpress print & design studio underneath the delightful Hillsdale General Store and adjacent to the lower level entrance of the delectable Crossroads Food Shop in the hamlet of Hillsdale, on Route 23 (just west of the intersection with Route 22). I am so lucky to have found such a great space, close to home and with such lovely neighbors, including LABspace gallery in my building too!
Here I will continue to create bespoke wedding invitations, announcements and stationery for all occasions using antique printing machinery from the turn of the 19th century. My new studio is a must see with its two restored Chandler Price platen presses and a huge Peerless Gem paper cutter from upstate NY.
The shop also features my signature printed items such as greeting cards, organic cotton aprons, baby onesies and blankets. I will mostly be open on weekends (when I do most of my printing) and by appointment or by chance.
Please join me for a celebratory opening Soiree on Saturday July 13, from 5 - 7 pm where drinks and nibbles will be served. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
