A few notes about my Process.
I only print my own designs and do not print other peoples designs for them. My design work is priced for letterpress printing only (except digital for 'day of' printed materials). My minimum number of pieces for printing is 50, increasing in increments of 25. In order to comfortably manage workload I usually say to allow 2 weeks for design back and forth and 10 business days for printing.

I illustrate all work specifically for each client (the cost of this is included in the pricing you see above) - making it a very special option for your event. My designs are then letterpress printed using rubber based inks on Cranes or Arturo 100% cotton, tree-free rag stock.
Step 1: Before contacting me to make an appointment, please have a look at the pricing to be sure that Foxy & Winston is within budget for your project. Feel free to drag the below pricing sheet to your desktop, so that you can enlarge it for easier viewing.
Step 2: To schedule your one-hour in person design meeting please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be courteous and let me know if you are unable to make it or need to re-schedule. I am also happy to 'meet' you via Skype anytime!
Step 3: During our meeting we'll discuss ink colors, font and paper choices. We will look over our letterpress samples and talk about your event and the process. Please come with some of your design inspirations in hand (if you have them). A helpful way to share your ideas with us is to create a Pinterest Board!
Step 4: I will create an estimate based on our discussion and email you the information within a day or two of our meeting. When you are ready to proceed, I email you a contract outlining the details and alerting you to all terms and conditions, timeline, process and details we've discussed. Please sign and return the contract with a 50% non-refundable deposit. I require a deposit before I begin the design process. In the event that you decide AFTER your appointment, that Foxy & Winston is NOT a good fit for your project then please take the trouble to email email@example.com
Step 5: You will receive your first round of proofs within 2 of deposit. Any slight changes (type, text, color) will be made without charge. Any major changes (re-draw, recreate) will incur a $30.00 charge per change. You can email during this process with any questions you have at all - I am here to answer them!
Step 6: You will have your invitations/stationery in hand within 4-5 weeks of deposit (unless of course the wedding is much further out and we have agreed to start later). Then, you'll be ready to address, stamp and mail your invitations. Need a calligrapher? I have several wonderful ladies I work closely with and recommend highly so feel free to ask about those during our meeting.
