Jane Buck established Foxy & Winston (named after her parents who live in Norfolk, England) in 2005. Her charming shop and studio (opened in 2009) is in Red Hook, Brooklyn, just a few short blocks from the water and nestled in amongst a row of wonderfully unique stores. Here she creates playful and vibrant designs on stationery and textiles, using screen printing and letterpress techniques. Over the years she has built a reputation from her whimsical line of paper goods, organic screen-printed textiles and custom letterpress stationery.
Jane studied Fashion and Textiles in Nottingham and Leeds, UK. Her inspiration comes from a love of animals and nature, with a spot of humor thrown in for good measure. Jane lives in Red Hook, Brooklyn with her Kiwi Husband Simon and their beloved Beagle Miss Hope.
Alongside the Foxy & Winston brand, Jane has curated a delightful selection of goods made by friends and makers from all around the globe to create a store that has a little bit of something for everyone. Below is a list of the ever growing selection of in-store treasures.
